SPOILERS WARNING

Chibichibi doesn't really have any faves, likes or dislikes.
If fact, Sailorchibichibimoon is Sailorcosmos,
Sailormoon's most pure, ultimate form in the future. Well....here is where it gets tough,
there are somewhat conflicting bio's for Chibichibi. Her TV Anime-self
is different form her manga-self. Yes, it is confusing! In the Anime
Chibichibi is part of Sailorgalaxia, but in the manga, she is part
of Sailormoon! I'll do my best to explain the differences.

First of all, she is a senshi in both versions, manga and anime.
To transform in the manga, Chibichibi says "Chibichibi Crystal Power Make Up".
She doesn't have an official attack, but she does have a staff with a heart on top,
in the manga, which she uses to create an energy field. In the anime she has an energy that
gives life back to Sailormoon and she can turn into a sword.
In the manga Chibichibi and Princess Kakyuu arrive on Earth.
Chibichibi finds Princess Kakyuu fainted on top of some building
equipment and redbudblossoms are floating all around her. Then, At Usagi's house
Chibichibi meets Usagi's mother Ikuko first. Ikuko is confused that day as she is
cleaning the cups in the kitchen. Oddly, Ikuko has forgotten who
Chibiusa is and is puzzled by a cup that has a bunny on it and reads,
"Chibiusa". At that very moment as Ikuko reads the cup in confusion, she
mumbles "chibi....chibi?". And Chibichibi repeats it "Chibichibi?".
However, in the TV anime Chibichibi's name is already established.
Usagi is at a post-box mailing a letter to Mamoru in America
and as she stands there a little girl chases a large umbrella that
was blown away by the wind. Usagi catches the umbrella and gives it to the little
girl. On her way home with Luna, Usagi realizes that the little girl is following
her. As Usagi asks her quesions all the little girl says is "Chibichibi".
Suddenly she dissapears. When Usagi arrives home there is her mother Ikuko,
and Chibichibi. Usagi is more than shocked.

The origin of Chibichibi comes to it's climax in manga 18, and at the end of
episode 199 and the entire episode 200. I'll start with the TV anime's
origin for Chibichibi starting with the end of ep 199 Scroll down for the manga version.
There is an image of Galaxia and her sword on what appears to be
a rock cliff out among millions of stars. Her voice has genuine
feeling, and sweet lilt in it. She holds out her arms and
a yellow lotus emerges from her chest and her glowing starseed
emerges from the lotus. Galaxia casts her starseed out into space
and it turns into a red butterfly and flys towards the milkyway
galaxy.
At the end of this, the 2nd to last epsiode in Sailormoon,
it can be assumed that the starseed is Chibichibi. Also, Chibichibi's
hair is red for two reasons: 1.) Galaxia's hair is gold, but the
full length of her hair is actually red in appearance. &
2.) The butterfly that Galaxia's starseed turned into was red.
When the final battle between Galaxia and Sailormoon comes, Galaxia
rips out the Silver Crystal from Sailormoon's chest and Usagi falls naked
in water. Chibichibi morphs and Usagi is now alive and dressed in her
Princess Serenity dress. Chibichibi appears in adult from with wings.
You can only see her silouette. She then becomes a starseed, and then
she morphs into a sword. This sword is used to fight Galaxia.
Galaxia is by then totally enveloped by Chaos. After Sailormoon's goodness envelopes Galaxia and Chaos leaves Galaxia's body she thanks
Sailormoon and flies back with all the starseeds she stole to return them and right her wrongs.
Chibichibi then appears smiles, thanks Sailormoon, and flies off to reunite with Galaxia.
The manga version's origin of Chibichibi.
Chibichibi's identity is revealed at the end of manga 18. After Chibichibi transforms into Sailorcosmos and Sailormoon regains her courage and
leaps into the Galaxy Couldron, she is revealed as the ultimate, most pure form of Sailormoon in the future. The Amazoness Quartet guess this and
Sailorcosmos replies that she was a coward who ran away from everything. She tells them about the destruction and pain she felt caused by Sailorchaos in the future and how she retreated back to the
past to try to fix what she should have done.
After this point there is no more about Sailorcosmos. We will not find out if she succeeds in the future unless Naoko creates another manga series for Sailormoon.
